We are using the Community Edition, open-source and free version of the LabKey software. This allows us to build custom interfaces from A to Z.
Our LabKey interface is totally independant of the LabKey compagny. It is hosted on one of the Digital Research Alliance of Canada clouds (previously named Compute Canada), with daily backup with daily backup on a separate Alliance server. For more security, these two servers are in two different locations, in different towns.
