As you can see, some fields have formating rules. The name initials are in capital letter, or the RAMQ field have a really strict format rule.
The date of birth entry automatically calculates the age.
The "Other" option in the native language choice, allows the display of an additional question. This process can be used for bigger parts of forms if the questions are mutually dependent.
